Because our products are digital downloads (PDFs, e-books, and digital resources), all sales are final.
Once a file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
💻 Digital Product Access
Immediately after payment, you’ll receive instant access to your downloadable file(s).
If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at theimagewriter@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you get your product successfully.
⚖️ Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You purchased the same product twice by accident (duplicate order).
- The file is proven to be corrupted or inaccessible, and a working version cannot be provided.
To request assistance in these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and email used at checkout.
